Ingredientes
- 2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 sm ripe avocado, diced
- 2/3 c. cubes seeded pared cucumber
- 5 x fresh mint leaves, up to 6 leaves Or possibly 1/2 teas. dry mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 c. cracked ice Additional mint leaves for garnish, (optional)
Direcciones
- In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process till smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if you like.
- Makes 4 servings.
