New Jersey has some incredible fresh produce, especially in the summer. I mean is there really anything that compares to the Jersey tomato or sweet sweet Jersey corn?! Right now is the time that our corn is super sweet and we just can’t get enough of it around here. Whether i’m grilling it, making a summer inspired Chicken, Corn & Kale Soup or a Mexican Corn Salad my family is crazy for corn!
