Receta Corn And Bacon Casserole

Ingredientes
- 6 slc bacon
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 x cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, frzn
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, cook bacon till crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp. of drippings. Crumble bacon; set aside. Saute/fry onion in drippings till tender. Add in flour, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir till bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute more. Remove from the heat and sir in lowfat sour cream till smooth. Add in corn, parsley, and half of the bacon; mix well. Pour into a 1-qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 min or possibly till heated through. Sprinkle with chives.
