Ingredientes
- 1 (17 ounce) can cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Empty can of corn in large mixing bowl. Rinse empty can with lowfat milk. Add in egg; mix well. Add in box of corn muffin mix; blend. Spoon into hot frying pan with a little grease and fry like pancakes, turning when edges start drying. One tbsp makes a good size fritter.
