- 1 1/2 c. Corn-meal
- 1/2 c. White flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. Melted shortening
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
Direcciones
- Combine egg, shortening, lowfat milk, and corn-meal. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking pwdr, salt, and sugar. Add in to first mix. Beat till smooth. Bake in warm waffle iron. 4 servings. Mrs. Anne Payson, Haswell, CO.
