Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Light cream or possibly half & half
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x 12 Ounces Wh corn
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
Direcciones
- Lightly grease 1 qt casserole. Heat butter in saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Cook till smooth and thick. Stir in corn, then Large eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
