Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Roasting Chicken
- 4 Tbsp. (1/4 c.) Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounce Button Mushrooms
- 4 ounce Olives, (Green or possibly Black) pitted
- 1 lb Mediterranean or possibly Italian-style Tomatoes Salt and Pepper to Taste

- Preheat oven to 350-F, 180-C degrees, or possibly Gas Mark 4.
