Ingredientes
- 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 T reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 T horseradish mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 T chopped onion flakes
- 6 pitted black olives, minced
- 6 stuffed green olives, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- In a blender container, put together cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and onion flakes. Blend till smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Makes 6 servings.
