Receta Cottage Cheese Dill Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Nonfat buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Nonfat Parmesan cheese
- 1 x Scallion, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp Dry dill
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or possibly blender. Process till smooth.
- Refrigeratein a covered container 4 hrs till serving.
- Serves 4. 31 caloriesyogurt for cottage cheese. Delete parmesan cheese & dill. Add in 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 2 Tbsp. honey.
