Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce) sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 jar jalapeno peppers, diced
Direcciones
- Mix together the cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, and Monterey Jack cheese. Add in a dash of seasoned salt, red pepper, garlic and peppers. Mix well. Add in a small amount of the jalapeno pepper juice if you like. Mix and refrigerate.
