Receta Cottage Cheese Strawberry Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Gelatin, unflavored
- 1/4 c. Sugar, SUGAR SUBSTITUTE ds Salt,
- 2 c. Lowfat milk, divided (LOW-FAT)
- 1 c. Cottage cheese,
- 1/4 c. Salad dressing,
- 1 pt Strawberries, fresh,sliced
- 10 x Strawberries, whole
- 1/2 c. Almonds, toasted, salted Lettuce,
Direcciones
- Combine gelatin, sugar, and salt. Stir into 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk and allow to soften 5 min. Heat remaining lowfat milk and add in to gelatin mix. Stir till gelatin dissolves. Refrigeratetill slightly thick.
- Blend cottage cheese and salad dressing; gradually add in gelatin mix. Beat till smooth and fluffy; mix in sliced strawberries.
- Pour into a 1-qt mold and refrigeratetill hard. Unmold; garnish with whole strawberries, almonds, and lettuce.
