Receta Country Focaccia With Blue Cheese And Lavender Honey

Ingredientes
- 1 env active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 c. lukewarm whole lowfat milk
- 2 1/4 c. NapaStyle Focaccia Bread Mix
- 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. NapaStyle Herbes de Napa or possibly fresh minced rosemary Gray Salt Crumbled blue cheese NapaStyle Lavender Honey

- Combine yeast, sugar and lowfat milk in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add in 1/2 c. of focaccia mix. Stir well, cover with tea towel and let rest in a hot place for about 25 min. With a dough hook, fold in 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, gray salt, and 1 c. of focaccia mix. Knead till well mixed. Add in remaining focaccia mix, 1/4 c. at a time, till the dough adheres to the hook. It should remain soft and slightly sticky. Knead till the dough is smooth and elastic, about 6 min. Shape the dough into a ball, flatten slightly, and turn gently in an oiled bowl to lightly coat the dough. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and put in a hot place to let the dough rise till doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Oil a baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil. Lightly flour the dough and punch it down. Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly till smooth. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 12" x 10". Brush off any excess flour and transfer to the prepared baking pan. Gently push the dough toward the corners and edges of the pan. Using your fingers, make proportionately spaced indentations all over the surface and be careful not to puncture or possibly tear it. Sprinkle Herbes de Napa or possibly rosemary over the surface. Brush the remaining extra virgin olive oil over the top, filing the wells. Sprinkle gray salt proportionately on top if you like. Bake till crisp on the bottom, about 25 min. Let cold, cut into squares, "fingers" or possibly triangles to serve. Spread with blue cheese and drizzle honey on top.
