Receta Couscous With Raisins And Almonds

- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 c. Water or possibly homemade salt-free chicken stock
- 1 x Cinnamon stick
- 1 c. Couscous
Direcciones
- In a saucepan combine raisins, butter, water and cinnamon stick and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 5 min. Uncover and fluff couscous with a fork. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
