Receta Cousin Barbara's Guacamole
Ingredientes
- 1 Avocado, mash with a fork
- 2 Tbs. onion, diced fine
- 1/2 Tomato, diced fine
- 1/2 Jalapeno (Seed to remove heat, leave in for more)
- Salt to taste
- Can add fresh cilantro and lime (if it will be consumed later to prevent it from turning brown)
Direcciones
- Split avocado and remove pit, and mash on a plate with a fork. Add onion, tomato, and jalapeno. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
- Enjoy!
