Receta Crab Broccoli Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 x Bunch broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 lb Crab meat
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Chili sauce (chili salsa)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 x Small onion diced
- 1 dsh Sea salt
- 1 dsh Cayenne
Direcciones
- Saute/fry broccoli in butter till tender; cut into small pcs. Mix broccoli with crab meat. Add in remaining ingredients and stir. Put into small oiled baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 min, or possibly till cheese is melted and top browned.
- Serves 4.
