  1. In small saucepan sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cool water; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat till gelatine is completely dissolved, about 3 min. In medium bowl, combine lowfat milk with bread crumbs. Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly drizzle in gelatine mix, stirring constrantly till blended. Mix in crab meat, green onions and red pepper. Pour into 4-c. terrine mold or possibly 7 1/2" x 2 1/4" loaf pan; refrigeratetill hard, about3 hrs. Serve with assorted crackers.
  2. Makes 4cups.
