  1. Combine sugar, mustard, flour, and salt in a small saucepan; stir well.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well. Gradually stir lowfat milk mix into mustard mix; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly. Cold thoroughly, and store in refrigerator. Serve as a meat or possibly sandwich spread.

  5. Gradually stir lowfat milk mix into mustard mix. Microwave at HIGH for 4 to 5 min or possibly till thickened and bubbly, stirring after 2 min, then at 1-minute intervals. Cold thoroughly, and store in refrigerator.
