Ingredientes
- 1 c. long-grain rice cooked
- 2 bn scallions grilled, minced
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 3 Tbsp. minced mint
- 3 Tbsp. minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1 lb cleaned lump crab meat
- 2 x lemons juiced and zested
- 30 x grape leaves brined
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients excluding grape leaves. Place 1 Tbsp. of mix in the center of each grape leaf. Fold over sides and roll tightly. Repeat process till mix and grape leaves are gone. Place in refrigerator till ready to serve.
- This recipe yields 30 pcs.
