Receta Crab Meat Imperial

Ingredientes
- 2 stk butter
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. celery, finely minced
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, finely minced
- 1/2 c. of parsley, finely minced
- 1/2 c. of green onions, finely minced
- 1/2 c. of pimentos, finely minced
- 2 lb of lump crab meat
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 x to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce Salt and pepper, to taste Bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Heat butter in skillet over low heat. Add in flour and whisk together to make a roux. Cook roux, whisking constantly over low heat till golden.
- Add in lowfat milk, whisking constantly, till well blended.
- Add in celery and mushrooms, parsley, green onions and pimentos. Cook till vegetables are translucent/soft, then carefully fold-in crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
- Add in Worcestershire sauce, warm sauce, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Pour mix into individual baking dishes and top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350-degrees till bread crumbs are golden and mix is heated through.
