Ingredientes
- 8 oz. "Crab" meat or the real stuff if you like
- 1/4 cup petite sliced scallions
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 heaping Tablespoon real mayonaise
- 1 Tablespoon roasted sweet bell peppers, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. whole grain prepared mustard
