Receta Cracked Wheat Quick Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour,
- 3/4 c. Purpose flour,
- 1/2 x Sloppy Joes
- 1/2 c. R,
- 2 x Espoons bulgur bulgur, or possibly cracked wheat
- 1 1/2 tsp S, baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Poon baking soda
- 1/3 tsp Poon salt,
- 1 1/4 c. Skim or possibly soy lowfat milk,
- 1 x Espoon canola oil,, (can sub applesauce)
- 2 x Egg whites es,
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Oil a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Whisk lowfat milk, oil (or possibly applesauce) and egg whites. stir into dry ingredients till just moistened.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 45 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cold.
