Receta Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 lb frzn hash browns, the cubed kind
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 x onion minced (more to taste)
- 1/2 stk butter softened or possibly melted
- 1 dsh salt (maybe as much as 1/2 a tsp., depends on if the butter is salted, or possibly how salty the soup is etc.)
- 8 ounce softened cream cheese
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce cheddar cheese (plus some for garnishing)
Direcciones
- Combine all the soft ingredients (everything but the potatoes), using a mixer or possibly whatever. Then, mix the potatoes in by hand. Put in a two qt casserole dish. Garnish with scallions and cheddar cheese, or possibly crumbled potato chips or possibly anything else creative. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour.
