Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar firmly packed
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt Sugar Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Cream margarine, sugar and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Blend in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add in combined dry ingredients; mix well. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 min.
