- 1 PESTO CUBE FROM ICE CUBE TRAY
- 4 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- 1 TEAS. CURRY POWDER OR GARAM MASALA
- 1 MEDIUM SWEET ONION, CHOPPED IN NINJA
- 1 LARGE CARROT, PEELED AND GRATED
- 1 ZUCCHINI, PEELED AND GRATED
- 1 HANDFUL OF FRESH PARSLEY OR CILANTRO, CHOPPED
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 CUP breadcrumbs">PANKO OR BREADCRUMBS, DIVIDED
- 1 TEAS. SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER

- THAW THE BEANS, IF FROZEN OR RINSE CANNED BEANS & PUT IN NINJA BOWL FOOD PROCESSOR TO GRIND FINE & REMOVED TO BOW.
- IN A SAUTE' PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL, & PESTO CUBE TO SOFTEN, THEN ADD GARLIC & 1 TEAS. CURRY POWDER, STIR FOR 1 MINUTE.
- ADD CHOPPED ONION, CARROT & ZUCCHINI & SAUTE' UNTIL SOFTENED.
- STRAIN THE VEGGIE JUICE BEFORE ADDING TO BEANS.
- TRANSFER CONTENTS OF PAN TO THE NINJA BOWL & MIX.
- ADD FRESH HERBS, EGGS, 1/2 CUP PANKO OR BREADCRUMBS, SALT & PEPPER.
- MIX ALL OF INGREDIENTS IN NINJA.
- USING AN ICE CREAM SCOOP FILLED WITH MIXTURE, PUT IN BOWL WITH REMAINING PANKO OR BREAD CRUMBS, ROLL & COAT.
- IN A SAUTE' PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAD, ADD REMAINING 2 TBLSNS. OIL. WHEN OIL IS HOT, ADD COATED BALLS AND FLATTEN.
- COOK FOR 4 MINUTES, TURN AND COOK UNTIL DONE.
