Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (to 6)
- 4 x green onions (to 6)
- 1/2 c. dry sweetened cranberries
- 1/2 c. minced dry apple
- 1 x garlic clove very thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp butter
Direcciones
- Place chicken breasts in a 2-qt (or possibly larger) crockpot. Add in remaining ingredients in the order given, dotting proportionately with the butter last. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hrs. Serve over rice.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
