Receta Cranberry Apple Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Cranberries, minced
- 1/3 c. Apple, diced plus
- 2 Tbsp. Apple, diced
- 1/4 c. Walnuts, minced
- 2 tsp Walnuts, minced
- 4 x Chicken Breasts, skinless, Boneless, pounded 1/2" thick
- 1 c. Monterey Jack, shredded
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 . Combine cranberries, apples and walnuts in a medium glass bowl. Place breasts in a 13x9" baking pan. Top each breast with 1/3 c. filling. Bake for 30 min, or possibly till chicken is no longer pink inside. Top each breast with 1/4 c. cheese. Bake for an additional 5 min, or possibly till cheese has melted.
