Receta Cranberry Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce (16 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
- 1/3 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 5 tsp Hot water
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream. Add in extract. Spoon a third of the batter into a 9-inch baking pan. Top with a third of the cranberry sauce. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 for 55-60 min.
- Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake. - optional.
