Receta Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Dry herbed bread crumbs
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Cranberry-orange relish
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
Direcciones
- Combine bread crumbs, grnd beef, 1/2 c. of relish, egg, salt, pepper, basil and thyme. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Cook in warm oil till browned, about 10 min.
- Sauce: 1/2 c cranberry-orange relish 1 c beef broth 1/2 c orange juice 1 tb flour In medium saucepan, combine 1/2 c. relish and beef broth. Heat till it gently boils. In a bowl, combine orange juice and flour, mixing well to remove all lumps. Add in to cranberry mix, stirring till it thickens. Reduce heat, add in meatballs to sauce and simmer for 15 to 20 min. Serve in chafing dish over low heat.
