Receta Cranberry Salad
This was my grandmother’s recipe. I remember loving it when I was a kid because it was not the typical cranberry sauce/relish. This recipe is very easy and a great side for the turkey dinner we soon will enjoy! It is not too sweet so you can still taste the tartness of the cranberries.
Ingredientes
- 1 can cranberry sauce (I use the whole cranberry sauce)
- 1 red delicious or gala apple with the peeling on chopped into bite size chunks
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 banana sliced (optional)
- 1 envelope Dream Whip
Direcciones
- Mix the Dream Whip according to the package directions. Empty the can of cranberry sauce into a bowl, gently âchopâ it with a spoon so that you separate the cranberries a little bit. Stir in the bananas, apples and walnuts. Dump in the Dream Whip and stir gently to mix well. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
