Receta Luby's Cranberry Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 12 ounce Fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 c. Navel oranges, peeled and Cut into cubes
- 1/2 c. Red apples, cored and cut Into cubes
- 1/2 c. Bananas, peeled and cut into Slices
- 2 Tbsp. Pecans, shelled and minced
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and cranberries. Cook over medium heat till the cranberries just begin to open, stirring occasionally. Transfer the cranberries to a large bowl. Cover the bowl and chill for at least 2 hrs.
- Mix in the oranges, apple, banana, and pecans. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Makes 8 servings.
