Receta Cranberry Walnut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. water warmed
- 1/4 c. applesauce
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 c. walnuts grind as meal
- 4 c. bread flour
- 3 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. dry cranberries (craisins)
Direcciones
- Use dough setting, add in cranberries at beep.
- Cut and place in desired pans. Let rise till almost double, about 35 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees F.
- Small pans approx 20 minutes.
- Medium loaves approx 30-35 minutes.
- Cold before slicing.
- Marie Says: My family just loves this bread. I've been making it for many years...if there is a special occasion I'll have to bring this bread with some orange butter (softened butter mixed with some orange marmalade)! Baked in small pans...2 1/2 x 4" pans make good gifts to go with other goodies. I usually make the dough in the breadmachine then bake in the oven. It makes a nicer looking loaf.
