Receta Cranberry Wontons
This month I have gone cranberry crazy! There are so many recipes that cranberries would be wonderful in and this is one I just knew would be delicious. What a different delicious way to use cranberries and just the perfect appetizer/snack for any occasion this upcoming holiday season. The combination of the sweetness of the cranberries, the creaminess of the cream cheese, the bite of the jalapeno and the crunchiness of the wanton wrapper made this little snack one you will want to make again and again. Dip it in the extra sauce and wow!

- Combine the whole cranberry sauce, jalapeno, sugar and mayonnaise in a food processor. Process until smooth. Divide the mixture in half (it makes about 1 cup total) and reserve one half (1/2 cup) for a dipping sauce. With the remaining half, blend in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Spray a mini muffin tin (holds 24) with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400. Lay out 24 wonton wrappers and spoon about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of each wrapper. Gather up each corner and place the neat little packet into the mini muffin tin.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy. About 10 minutes.
