Receta Cream Cheese Dressing For Fresh Fruit

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened (227gm)
- 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar, (50mL) [icing sugar]
- 2 Tbsp. Light cream, (25mL)
- 2 Tbsp. Orange liqueur, (25mL) Or possibly 1 tbsp. undiluted frzn orange juice concentrate (15mL)
Direcciones
- Beat all ingredients together till light.
- Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and grapes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
- Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.
- In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
