Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Baked pie shell or possibly graham crust
Direcciones
- Mix together lowfat milk, yolks, sugar, cornstarch and stir constantly over low heat till thick. Add in butter and vanilla. Put in baked pie shell or possibly graham crust. Use plain or possibly add in coconut or possibly bananas. Great for pudding with whipped topping also.
