Receta Peanut Butter - Fruit Muffin

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. muffin mix (see above recipe)
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 2 T light brown sugar
- 1/3 c. dry bite size fruit pcs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 2 1/2 T vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Put together muffin mix, wheat germ, brown sugar, and dry fruit.In small bowl lightly beat lowfat milk, peanut butter, oil, and egg. Add in to dry mix; stir till combined. Don't over mix.
- Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 13-15 min.
