Ingredientes
- 2 c. dry lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. corn starch
- 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
- 2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. Makes 7 servings. 112 calories per 1/3 c. dry mix.
- To Use: Bring 1 1/4 c. water to boil, add in sufficient water to 1/3 c. of mix to make smooth paste, add in the paste to the water and stir till thick.
- Serving Suggestion: Add in minced celery and carrots to water. Boil till soft, then add in mix.
- Add in can of minced mushrooms to water for mushroom soup. Add in celery, carrots, mushrooms, add in paste and 1/4 c. shredded cheese. Use only 1 c. of water to make a thick sauce for casseroles, etc.
