Receta Creamed Cod Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 pound salt cod fish
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced chives
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs
Direcciones
- Fresh cod under cool water. Simmer 10 min, water to cover. Drain. Chop in food processor. Heat butter, stir in flour. Cook till smooth. Slowly add in lowfat milk, stir till smooth and thickened. Add in Tabasco sauce, chopped parsley, chives and cod. Cook, stir. Add in boiled Large eggs, minced. Cook 1 minute more. Serve on toast or possibly mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
