Receta Creamed Green Chili Enchiladas

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. fat
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. frzn green chili, peeled/roasted
- Corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Direcciones
- Fry onions in fat. Add in green chili and tomato sauce. Add in soup, stirring constantly. Cook 5 min. Season with salt and garlic salt.
- Fry tortillas. Put tortillas and a layer of cheese and a layer of chili fold in a casserole dish. Alternate layers; keep hot till ready to serve.
