Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated Velveeta
- 4 c. canned pearl onions, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. sherry, optional
- Dash of pepper & paprika
- Cracker crumbs
Direcciones
- Over medium heat heat butter. Add in flour; blend in warm lowfat milk and warm broth. Stir! Add in sherry and turn on high heat to thicken, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in spices, cheese and onions. Put in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs.
