Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. can peas
- 8 or possibly 9 potatoes, pared & cubed
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, diced
- Parsley flakes
- 1 pkg. warm dogs, sliced
Direcciones
- In large pan heat butter over low heat. Whip in flour. Cook till it bubbles. Add in salt, pepper and lowfat milk. Cook till it starts to thicken. Add in cooked potatoes, onion, peas and warm dogs. Cook about 15 min, stirring. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
