Ingredientes

1 kg beef strips, sirloin
3 tbsp garlic, chopped
3 tbsp butter
4 pcs Knorr Beef Cube
1 box all purpose cream
2 cups grated quickmelt cheese
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Direcciones

Sauté garlic and beef in butter until garlic is golden brown.
Add Knorr Beef Cubes and continue stirring.
Add the cream and cayenne pepper, let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cream is thick enough to your liking.
Remove from heat.
Put on a serving platter and top with cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
