Receta Orange Jalapeno Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Jalapeno jelly, * see note
- 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 3 x Roma tomato, seeded and minced
- 1 c. Red onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, minced
- 4 tsp Jalapenos, chop
- 2 lrg Navel oranges

- *Or possibly use orange marmalade.
- In a large bowl, blend jelly, vinegar, salt and red pepper. Add in tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapenos. Grate zest from oranges and add in to bowl.
- Peel oranges, section and add in pulp to bowl. Toss gently; adjust seasonings.
- Like most relationships, this is better after some time has passed and the flavors have had a chance to work things out.
