Receta Creamy Caper Dressing

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 3 x hardboiled egg yolks
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 clv garlic chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced dill weed
- 2 tsp minced capers
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Beat the oil with the vinegar in a small bowl.
- Mash the hard boiled egg yolks till smooth then gradually add in the oil mix beating well till blended. Gradually add in the mustard garlic and lemon juice and mix well to create a creamy dressing.
- Mix in the dill weed capers and salt and pepper to caste.
- Serve lightly chilled.
- This is a recipe for a rich creamy and piquant caper dressing which is ideal to serve with lamb or possibly fish salads.
- Makes about 1 c.
