  2. Mash the hard boiled egg yolks till smooth then gradually add in the oil mix beating well till blended. Gradually add in the mustard garlic and lemon juice and mix well to create a creamy dressing.
  3. Mix in the dill weed capers and salt and pepper to caste.
  4. Serve lightly chilled.
  5. This is a recipe for a rich creamy and piquant caper dressing which is ideal to serve with lamb or possibly fish salads.
