Receta Creamy Chive Coleslaw 1 Point

Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb green cabbage finely shredded
- 3/4 lb red cabbage finely shredded
- 2 med carrots coarsely shredded
- 1/2 c. green onions finely minced
- 1/2 c. radishes thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives minced
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp pickle relish
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 pch paprika
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage, carrots, onions and radishes.
- In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lowfat sour cream, chives, vinegar, relish, honey, mustard, celery seeds and pepper. Add in to the cabbage mix and toss till well combined. Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving . Just before serving, sprinkle with the paprika.
- Note: For an extra note of sweetness, add in some minced or possibly thinly sliced sweet red, green or possibly yellow peppers.
