- 2 x 16 ounce. bags frzn corn
- 1 x 7 ounce. can minced green chilies liquid removed
- 1 x 8 ounce. pkg. fat-free cream cheese cut into pcs
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- Here is a favorite corn dish.
- Preheat oven to 350. In a 2-qt baking dish, combine the corn and green chilies. Heat the cream cheese and lowfat milk in microwave till the cream cheese is melted, about 60 seconds. Mix with a fork to blend. Stir into the corn and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the paprika. Bake for 30 min, or possibly till bubbly.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
