Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. (1 pt.) Borden whipping cream
- 1/2 c. Realemon reconstituted lemon juice
- Few drops yellow food coloring

- In medium bowl, combine sugar and cream, stirring till dissolved. Stir in Realemon and food coloring. Pour into 8-inch square pan or possibly directly into sherbet dishes. Freeze 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Remove from freezer 5 min before serving. Return leftovers to freezer. Makes about 3 c..
