Receta Creamy Turkey Stew

Ingredientes
- 3 c. diced cooked turkey
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. chunk style peanut butter
- 3 c. turkey or possibly chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Heat butter in Dutch oven. Add in onion and green pepper. Cook till onion is tender. Stir in tomato paste, peanut butter and broth, mix well. Add in nutmeg and turkey. Cook over low heat till heated through. Stir from time to time. Good to make after Thanksgiving.
