Receta Creole Fish Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Red snapper,boned/shredded
- 1 c. Chopped onion
- 1 c. Cooked strained tomatoes
- 1 x Bay leaf Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 lb Shelled shrimp,diced
- 1 c. Diced potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine Salt
- 6 c. Water
Direcciones
- 1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in large saucepan.
- 2. Simmer 40 min, or possibly till vegetables are tender.
- 3. Add in lemon juice; stir and serve.
