Ingredientes
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 2 med Tomatoes, minced
- 1 med cucumber, minced and peeled
- 3 x Green onion tops, minced
- 1 c. Plain low-fat yogurt,
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh dill, or possibly
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry dill weed,
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Toss green pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions in a medium-size bowl. In a small bowl combine yogurt, dill salt, and pepper. Spoon yogurt mix over salad and toss.
- Omit salt.
